Super Pro Tile and tin Sealant is based on synthetic rubber in solvent, applied on dry and wet surfaces, even on greasy areas. It has a great adhesion on all types of surfaces, including asphalt and bitumen, but not recommended on polystyrene. 

      It has a very good elasticity, it doesn’t contain silicone and it doesn’t need primer when applied. It can be painted after 24 hours.
